WOW I can't believe I lost 7lbs and 10 inches on a 9day Cleanse where I got to eat...  No it was not all easy I did have to give up my morning ritual of Mocha Latte.  But I feel great and plan on staying on the wellness program.  I did it mainly to get all the daily polutants and chemicals out of my body.  I have more energy and have more mental clarity..  If you want to know more I am a Isagenix Consultant now and am making money off of a team effort...
